Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of 2 pets per residence. We charge $25/month pet rent per animal, with a $100 deposit per animal. We do not have weight restrictions for dogs, but we do not allow aggressive breeds at our community. We are animal lovers, but please check with us before welcoming an exotic animal to your apartment. Fish? Sure! Zebra cobra? Not so much!
